Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-No refund on entry. Competition cancellation-No refund.
Refund Policy: The USEA Starter fees ($10), are not subject to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
INCOMPLETE ENTRIES: On-time entries still incomplete one week before the event will be charged $25.
USEA MEMBERSHIP: USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except FEH handler.
PAPER NUMBER PINNIES will be in effect for the jump/gallop test. Riders must bring pinny holders with them.
PAYMENT: All entry fees must be in US funds; checks must be US checks or money orders from US banks; no foreign checks. All monies paid within 1 week of the event must be in form of credit card/money order/cash/cashiers check (no exceptions). Office fee will be billed to no-show, no-pay entries!
CHANGES: Any change to entry subject to $20 fee and must be in writing (fax, email or mail). Before C.D. - change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D. - change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division, space permitting. Absolutely no telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted.
COGGINS: Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses, including non-compete horse.

Stabling: 54 permanent stalls with stall doors. $50 per night includes one bale of straw AND schooling on Loch Moy's XC schooling course. STRAW BEDDING ONLY! From I-70 in MD: exit # 54 onto MD-355 South/ URBANA PIKE. Turn right onto Park Mills Road. Event is 6.4 miles on right.

If traveling from south Route 28 to Park Mills Road, be aware of bridge repairs/road work at the Monocacy River bridge.

Dogs: GR1301.6 will be STRICHTLY ENFORCED. There will be a $100 fine for any dog not on a leash at any time during the weekend and the owner may be asked to leave the grounds. - Dogs are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be on a leash or otherwise contained. Individuals must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs’ behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning cards.
