IN REGARDS TO COVID-19:
The May 13 and June 3 Twilight Events and the May Starter Trial are CANCELLED. Other events are tentative, pending guidance from the State of Maryland.
May/June Events - Entries to open/dates announced when we are greenlit to run.
For May and June events (dates TBA), we will be testing new COVID-19 procedures in accordance with state and local guidelines. We will update these as more information becomes available. Once these procedures are in place, all persons entering the property will be required to comply. If you do not comply, you will be asked to leave the property and forfeit any entry fees. The success of these procedures impacts not only our events but horse sports across the State of Maryland.
We are planning a Twilight Eventing Combined Test with added cross country schooling on the schooling course. Our utmost concern is a manageable event that ensures the safety of our volunteers, staff, and competitors.
If you have a voucher from the cancelled starter trials, you will have a priority early-entry opportunity for the May/June events before they are posted publicly. Vouchers for the March and April starter trials have been mailed out. If you entered and paid for the March or April Starter Trial and you did not receive a voucher or if we've missed something, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will post an updated schedule of Twilight, Starter and FEH/YEH/NEH events once the state has a plan to "re-open." A mid-week starter trial in August is still a possibility, and would count for the year-end championships we hope to run in November.
