Media credential applications are now open for the 2025 Maryland International CCI & Horse Trials, taking place June 27–29 at Loch Moy Farm in Adamstown, MD. This year’s event will run in conjunction with the USEF Eventing Young Rider Championships (YRC), offering an exciting opportunity to cover both high-level international sport and the future stars of U.S. eventing.
A limited number of media credentials will be granted, and a small, cooled workspace will be provided onsite. Space is limited, so early application is encouraged.
Please complete the Media Credential Application Form no later than Monday, June 23. Notifications of acceptance will be sent via email by Tuesday, June 24.
Photography Policy:
Photos may only be taken and used for credentialed editorial purposes—such as articles, blogs, and press coverage. Commercial sales or private photo sessions for riders or brands are not permitted. All commercial and personal photography requests must be directed to our official photographer, Erin Gilmore Photography.
If photo support is needed for your articles or coverage, please reach out directly to Erin Gilmore Photography for assistance.
Videography Policy:
Videographers may film for brands or riders only with prior approval. A full client list must be submitted to press lead Sally Spickard ([email protected]) by Wednesday, June 25. Any additions after this date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Please note: Failure to follow these policies will result in revocation of your credential.
Daily media releases will be distributed throughout the event, and Eventing Nation is proud to manage the media experience for this year’s competition.
We look forward to welcoming you to one of the most anticipated summer events on the U.S. eventing calendar.
